1. **Oversee the Maintenance of a Contact Database**  
   - Regularly review and update the contact database to ensure all information is current and accurate.  
   - Implement data entry protocols to maintain consistency and prevent errors.  
   - Train team members on how to use the database effectively, including how to add, edit, and retrieve contact information.  
   - Monitor database usage and generate reports to identify trends or areas for improvement.

2. **Compile and Update Customer Spreadsheets While Ensuring Online Documentation is Accurate**  
   - Gather data from various sources to create comprehensive customer spreadsheets that reflect the latest information.  
   - Cross-reference online documentation with physical records to ensure consistency and accuracy.  
   - Utilize spreadsheet software to organize data efficiently, making it easy to analyze and retrieve information as needed.  
   - Establish a regular schedule for updating these documents to keep them relevant and useful for decision-making.

3. **Coordinate the Schedules of Managers**  
   - Maintain an up-to-date calendar for each manager, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while considering their availability.  
   - Communicate with team members and external stakeholders to arrange meetings that accommodate all parties involved.  
   - Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure that managers are prepared for their commitments.  
   - Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or urgent matters that arise.

4. **Conduct Market Analysis**  
   - Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to gather insights that inform business strategies.  
   - Analyze data collected from surveys, reports, and other sources to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.  
   - Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and presenting actionable recommendations to management.  
   - Stay informed about market developments and emerging technologies that could impact the business landscape.

5. **Develop Presentations as Required**  
   - Collaborate with team members to gather information and materials needed for presentations.  
   - Design visually appealing and informative slides that effectively communicate key messages to the audience.  
   - Practice and refine presentation delivery to ensure clarity and engagement during meetings or conferences.  
   - Tailor presentations to suit different audiences, whether internal stakeholders or external clients.

6. **Respond to Administrative Inquiries from Employees**  
   - Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking information or assistance with administrative processes.  
   - Address inquiries promptly and accurately, providing clear guidance on policies, procedures, and resources available.

Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
