We are in search of a meticulous, customer-centric, and professional Call Centre Representative to become a part of our team. The ideal applicant will possess prior experience in a comparable environment and prioritize customer satisfaction in all their endeavors. This role primarily involves handling incoming calls from customers to address their requests, as well as making outbound calls to engage with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Verify the identity of customers in accordance with company protocols prior to discussing any accounts, products, or sensitive information.
- Maintain accurate and current customer information within the internal CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries, offer product information, and process payments via telephone.
- Initiate outbound calls to customers as necessary concerning product renewals, contract extensions, or additional services they may require.
- Record all sales and services rendered in the CRM system.
- Adhere to data security policies consistently.
- Deliver friendly and courteous service to customers, ensuring they conclude their call feeling satisfied and valued.
- Refer customer complaints to the complaints team or management as appropriate.
- Align with company KPIs related to call volume and service standards.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their requests or services.
